The Rural Alaska Community Action Program, Inc., Supportive Housing Division (RurAL CAP) is requesting proposals for janitorial services for common areas and office space at its property located at 1905 E 4th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99508. This property consists of 2 buildings A and C with interior common hallways, stairways, elevator, laundry room, public and staff bathrooms, meeting rooms and office space. This annual contract, up to 2 years, with an option to extend another year.

November 30, 2023.
All bids must include the reference, “RFP: Sitka House Janitorial Services” and be labeled, Attn: Darrel Behymer. Bids received after the deadline specified above will be not be accepted.
