The Rural Alaska Community Action Program (RurAL CAP) is requesting proposals for janitorial
services for common areas and office space for three (3) of its properties located at:
- Central Office, 731 E. 8th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501. This property consists of one 3-story building with interior common hallways, stairways, elevator, laundry room, public and staff bathrooms, meeting rooms and office space.
- Child Development Center, 545 East 5th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501. This property consists of one building with interior common hallways, staff and children’s bathrooms, kitchen, classrooms meeting and office space.
- Muldoon Safe Harbor, 207 Muldoon Road, Anchorage, AK 99504. This property consists of one 3-
story building with interior common hallways, stairways, elevator, laundry room, public and staff
bathrooms, meeting rooms and office space.
RurAL CAP is a non-profit organization seeking if the janitorial services who is willing provide a fair
price bid for servicing all three locations.
This bid is for a 2-year contract, with an option to extend it another year. Proposers should be prepared
to submit a bid for a monthly Firm Fixed Price to maintain areas covered under the attached
janitorial cleaning lists.
