Community Action Resource Center

Program Overview

CARC is a collaborative service team dedicated to supporting Alaskan communities and organizations through customized capacity-building solutions. We provide technical assistance, resource development, and project management to help partners navigate changing needs and seize opportunities. By working closely with local stakeholders, leaders, and organizations, we deliver tailored support and project development that strengthens long-term sustainability and resilience. Our agency has a range of resources in program areas including early childhood education, housing services, food security, weatherization and rural housing, and elder and youth engagement, from which we draw on.
