Program Overview

RurAL CAP’s Mobile Home Repair program benefits families with low-incomes who occupy or own mobile homes in need of minor repairs and in the Municipality of Anchorage. Families receive repairs of conditions that threaten the health or safety of their households. Typical assistance includes heating system replacement, water heater tank replacement, insulated skirting, roofing and/or minor repairs allowing families to save money on otherwise costly repairs while improving their living conditions.
