Our housing counseling services help clients work toward becoming eligible for the mortgage loan they need to become a homeowner.
Loan Packaging
We are certified to work with rural communities and families in Alaska to package United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) 502 Direct Mortgage Loans. Our affordable credit counseling service helps clients work toward being eligible for the mortgage loan they need to build or buy their home.
Home Improvement
Weatherization
Weatherization increases home safety and energy efficiency through various improvements at no charge in Juneau, Anchorage, and northern and western Alaska.
Home Modifications & Upgrades
We complete modifications and upgrades to the homes of individuals living with physical disabilities.
Mobile Home Repair
Our Mobile Home Repair program improves the safety and extends the life of mobile homes owned by families with low incomes.

Senior Access
We modify the homes of individuals with low incomes age 55 and older, increasing accessibility and allowing current resident seniors to remain safely at home for as long as possible.
Rental Housing & Unhoused Services
Affordable Rental Housing
We are a leader in preserving multi-family rental housing in Anchorage. Our Affordable Housing program assists households with low-incomes and individuals with special needs, including those with limited credit and/or rental history, in finding and maintaining housing.
Adult Supportive Housing & Unhoused Services
Our Supportive Housing program provides resources and housing that maximize economic and human potential. At our facilities, we support our tenants in building skills to maintain long-term housing and wellness.
Family Transitional Housing – Safe Harbor
Safe Harbor welcomes low-income families with children and individuals experiencing homelessness. Our goal is to help residents gain stability and prepare for permanent, independent living.
