RurAL CAP’s Resource Basket Training and Technical Assistance Center helps rural communities foster healthy, successful, and culturally connected Alaska Native youth by offering resources, training, technical assistance, and networking opportunities. 

Our trainings focus on youth empowerment, promotion of youth accountability, prevention of at-risk behaviors, and overall community safety. 

We provide access to a network of youth-serving partners and tribal organizations, online training/resources, phone/web consultation, statewide/regional training, and community-based training and technical assistance that improves the capacity of families, tribal communities, and service providers.
