The Rural Alaska Community Action Program (RurAL CAP) is soliciting proposals from certified HVAC contractors for installing 30 heat pumps over the next 2 years in Koyuk AK. 15 installations in 2024 and 2025. The contractors will be coordination with our electrician and turn them on when done. Estimated dates for install in months of July – August.
