2021 YEAH Summit

For the past three years, the Rural Alaska Community Action Program (Rural CAP) has hosted a Youth Encouraging Alaskan’s Health (YEAH) Summit. Karluk Manor Celebrates Its 9-Year Anniversary

In December of 2011, the Rural Alaska Community Action Program, Inc. (RurAL CAP) opened Karluk Manor, Anchorage’s inaugural Housing First facility.
