The RurAL CAP Foundation recognizes that we are in trying times and would like to do its part in helping communities prevent and recover from the COVID-19 virus.
The grant application will allow requests for aiding the communities needs regarding this issue, and will continue its ongoing support for communities, cultural traditions, educational improvement, local leadership, etc.
