The Rural Alaska Community Action Program, Inc. (RurAL CAP) invites you to participate, through the competitive bid process, in the supply of listed items for the benefit of the Alaskan communities listed in the RFPs in the estimated quantities shown. The materials quantities included in these bids are estimates for approximately 10 homes, FY 2025, in the village of Koyuk.

Consultation Services for the Community Health Workers Network RFP
The Rural Alaska Community Action Program (RurAL CAP) is soliciting proposals description of work /
services from qualified consultation services to provide the analysis and final report of a community
health workers needs assessment and strategic planning Community Health Workers Network. Travel
may be required of this project. The Community Health Worker Network and RurAL CAP are working
together to develop and plan for statewide Community Health Worker (CHW) supportive services. This
phase of the project includes working with our team to complete a state-wide community health worker
needs assessment and strategic planning for the Network.
Bids must be received via email to [email protected] by 4:00 PM December 12, 2024.
All questions regarding this bid request must be emailed prior to December 9, 2024 at 4 pm (Alaska Standard Time).
